Now a graduate student in Microbiology prepares for Mars mission: hone your skills at the station of blood transfusion. Anastasia hopes: that she can win a ticket to Mars at one end.

The space Museum is one of the largest science museums in the world. The history of the Museum began in the second half of the twentieth century when, in 1964, on the map of Moscow appeared the monument to “Subjugators of space”.
Titanium rocket at ENEA became a symbol of high-quality technological leap of its time. The launch of the first artificial Earth satellite, first living creature and first man in space became a starting point in the world space.
In April 1981 in the stylobate of the monument was a Memorial Museum of cosmonautics. There were presented the first evidence of the success and achievements of Russian Astronautics: the first space suits, the first artificial Earth satellites; spacecraft to study the moon and planets of the Solar system.
In 2009 the Museum was opened after reconstruction (2005-2009). The size of the exhibition space was increased four times. Today, a modern exposition of the Museum consists of eight exhibition halls, cinema halls (98 persons) and conference rooms (130 people). Continue reading
A gas giant
Jupiter is the fifth planet from the sun. The giant planet. In antiquity this planet was known to people, very often it references can be found in the mythology and beliefs of different peoples. The Babylonian culture this planet called Mooloolaba, which means “star-sun”. The Greeks originally named it “Faeton” shining, glittering, and then Zeus. Well, the Romans gave the planet this name in honor of Jupiter, the Supreme Roman God, the God of sky and sunlight.
Jupiter is considered the largest planet in our Solar system. Its Equatorial radius is equal to 71,4 thousand km, thus it is 11.2 times the radius of the Earth. The mass of Jupiter exceeds the total mass of all the planets of the Solar system more than 2 times, at 318 times the mass of Earth and 1000 times smaller than the mass of the Sun.
Jupiter consists mainly of hydrogen and helium, it is also classified as a gas giant. It has the shape of an oblate spheroid, due to its fast rotation. Additionally, this rotation causes a strong wind in the upper atmosphere causing clouds stretch colorful long ribbons. Continue reading
